The Maples Collegiate Chamber Choir from Winnipeg, Manitoba is recognized for its fine musicianship, community connection, and enthusiastic performances. Performance highlights in recent years include singing at Manitoba’s ChoralFest and consistently earning MusicFest recommendations since 2012.  At the Winnipeg Music Festival, the Chamber Choir has earned the J.S. Little Trophy 2016, 2018 (for outstanding folksong performance), the Earl Grey Trophy 2017 (for overall outstanding choral performance), and invitations to sing at the Evening of Choral Excellence Gala Concert. In February 2019, the Chamber performed with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. Directors Philip Lapatha and Dorothy Dyck were recipients of the 2018 Michael J. Proudfoot Award for passion and excellence in choral conducting.

The Maples Chamber Choir is very excited to be back at the Rocky Mountain Music Festival, hearing performances from incredible groups, and sharing music with you today.
