Central Memorial Concert Choir

The Central Memorial Chamber Choir is comprised of auditioned students registered in the PVA (Performing Visual Arts) program at Central Memorial and involves striving for the utmost quality in choral learning and performance. Students in the PVA program participate in two choir ensembles and are also registered in a musicianship course in which they learn music theory, ear training, sightsinging and music history. Past Chamber Choirs have participated in many festivals including the  Halifax Atlantic Music Festival, the Prague International Advent Choir Festival and the Harrogate Youth Music Festival in England.

The Central Memorial Concert Choir is comprised of students in grades 10-12 and strives for excellence in choral learning and performance. The Concert Choir has performed in the Halifax Atlantic Music Festival, Whistler Festival, Musicfest Canada and the Harrogate Youth Music Festival in England.
