THE SWINGLES WILL BE OUR FEATURED PERFORMING GROUP

In 1963 Ward Swingle first assembled a group of Parisian singers that became known as The Swingle Singers. Since then they have won five Grammy Awards and made more than 50 recordings. The festival is excited to announce that the The Swingles, now based out of London, England, will be the featured performing group at the 2019 festival.

FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS FOR THE 2019 FESTIVAL

FESTIVAL A GREAT SUCCESS!

The 27th annual festival from all accounts was a great success! From the great Festival Concerts featuring UBC University Singers and The Legendary Count Basie Orchestra to the excellent Showcase Concerts featuring festival participants, this was indeed a successful event.  Many groups told us they had the best clinics they have ever had so our facilitators were once again top notch.

We look forward to seeing you at the 28th annual festival which will take place April 11-14 at the Banff Centre.
